Accounts and saved progress begin

This release introduced the early shape of an account-based Nuxflo experience.

• Users can move toward a personal account instead of a one-off visit.
• The product can start remembering learning activity, practice activity, and account state.
• The sign-in experience and core product controls became part of the app foundation.
